Your email and phone are private
The email address and phone number you provide are stored as private buyer contact information. They are used to create your account, send your confirmation, and reach you about your event.
What is never shared
Your direct contact information is not displayed or distributed to:
- Cadence Pros profiles, bands, or individual musicians.
- Public APIs or third-party data feeds.
- Matching results shown to talent.
- LeadRadar listings or opportunity feeds.
Bands see the details needed to respond to your event, such as date, location, budget range, and music preferences. They do not see your email or phone number.
Communication happens through NationStage
Messages between you, your concierge, and any band you choose to speak with take place inside NationStage messaging and your private Event Workspace. This keeps your personal contact details out of the booking process until you decide to share them.
Who can access your contact information
Only you and authorized NationStage administrators can access your direct contact information. Access is limited to supporting your request, your workspace, and your booking.
No payment information is collected here
This website does not collect card or bank details. Quotes, deposits, invoices, and payment happen inside NationStage after you review your matched options.
