Bands Wanted NOW is a NationStage brand. These terms explain what happens when you submit a request and how pricing, payment, and booking are confirmed.
Submitting a request is free
There is no cost to submit a request on this website, and no payment information is collected on the form.
Submitting does not create a booking commitment
A request is an inquiry. It does not reserve a band, hold a date, or obligate you to book. You are free to decline every option presented.
Final price is confirmed after you review options
Any budget range you share is used for matching only. The final price is confirmed after you review matched bands and their proposals inside your NationStage Event Workspace, and after you approve a quote.
Payment and booking terms
The following terms are presented and confirmed with you before any checkout or invoice payment:
- Quote amount and what the performance includes.
- Deposit amount and due date.
- Balance due date and accepted payment methods.
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms.
- Refund conditions.
- Overtime rates and how additional performance time is handled.
- Travel, lodging, and per-diem requirements when applicable.
- Production requirements, including sound, lighting, staging, and power.
You do not pay anything until you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
Everything happens inside NationStage
Matching, messaging, proposals, quotes, agreements, deposits, and payment all take place inside your private NationStage Event Workspace. This keeps your event details, communication, and booking records in one place.
Your contact information stays private
Your email and phone number are treated as private buyer contact information. They are not shared with bands, musicians, Cadence Pros profiles, public listings, or matching results. Communication happens through NationStage messaging.
